But the 20% still want to be upstairs (and typically) close to their children. Builders really need to put dual masters in homes over $400,000 for resale. That’s just prudent for resale. A master suite can be built anywhere, we’ve even seen it on the third floor or in a basement. It’s all really a matter of preference.
